จากกรณีกระแสข่าวเรื่องที่ดินสวนป่าหิมวันต์ในอำเภอภูเรือ จังหวัดเลย วัดพระธรรมกาย ขอชี้แจงดังนี้ หลวงพ่อธัมมชโย ได้บริจาคที่ดินผืนดังกล่าวให้กับวัดแล้ว แต่ในภาพเอกสารสิทธิ์ที่เผยแพร่ออกไปตามสื่อต่างๆ ไม่ได้ปรากฏชื่อสุดท้ายของผู้ถือกรรมสิทธิ์ ซึ่งเป็นชื่อวัดพระธรรมกาย ข้อเท็จจริงคือ
